🌿 Our Handmade Promise & Refund Policy

We pour love, care, and a touch of magic into every handmade item we create. But we understand that sometimes things don’t go quite as planned—and that’s okay. We’re here to make it right.

💌 If You’re Not 100% Happy

  • You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and safely packaged for return.
  • Just send us a quick message at groerasignatureboutique@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return—we’ll guide you from there.

🎨 Because It’s Handmade…

  • Each piece is one-of-a-kind, so small variations are part of the charm.
  • Custom or personalized items can’t be refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the item is faulty or we made a mistake, we’ll cover the return shipping.
  • For other returns, shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

💳 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Not at all. You can come to us with a rough idea, an inspiration photo, or even just a concept — our team will help shape it into a design that works for you.

4. Can I visit your studio without an appointment?

We recommend booking in advance so we can give you our full attention.

5. Do you only work with local clients?

No — we work with clients everywhere. If you’re not near Glasgow, you can still book a video call and share your ideas online.

6. How long does the bespoke design process take?

Timelines vary depending on the complexity of the design. We’ll give you an estimated timeframe during your consultation.

7. How do I share my ideas with you?

You can send us sketches, photos, or simply describe your vision during your appointment — we’ll guide you through the rest.

8. How can I make a payment?

We accept payments online via secure bank transfer or card, as well as in person at our studio. Full payment details will be provided once your design is confirmed.

9. Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we usually take a deposit to start work on your design. The balance can then be paid once your project is complete.

10. Do you offer delivery?

Yes, we can deliver completed designs directly to you. Delivery options and costs will be discussed during your appointment, and we always make sure items are securely packaged and tracked.

11. Can I collect my order in person?

Of course! If you prefer, you’re welcome to collect your finished design from our Glasgow studio.
